If you need to cancel any product after buying online, you can do it within 48 hours of time. Also kindly note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from stores but can return for a refund.

1. Our product return period is 21 days from the day you received the product.

2. Additional administration charges will be applied for any request of returns after 21 days. But for this process you need to apply before 30 days from the day you received the order.

3. Make sure you have the receipts for the proof and order number.

4. Shipping cost for any return product should be borne by the customer.

5. Your product returns will not be issued if the product return period has passed.

 Refunding Process

1. Refund will be arranged within 3 - 5days after we received the refund product.
2. Once refund is approved, purchased price will be refunded to the original payment method you used to purchase the order.
3. It will take 7 – 12 days for refund if you have purchased with a credit cards.
