Shipping and Processing Times:

Please allow 10 – 30 days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries.

Processing Times:

Orders can sometimes take 1 – 5 days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Unexpected Delays:

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Return Policy

We are flexible about your choices. You can return any product ordered online. But there are some policies you may have to undergo to be eligible for a product refund.

If you need to cancel any product after buying online, you can do it within 48 hours of placing the order. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from stores, but they can be returned for a refund.

Read below to check if you are eligible for a product refund:

  • Our product return period is 21 days from the day you received the product.
  • Additional administration charges will be applied for any request of returns after 21 days, but for this process, you need to apply before 30 days from the day you received the order.
  • Make sure you have the receipts for the proof and order number.
  • Shipping cost for any return product should be borne by the customer.
  • Your product returns will not be issued if the product return period has passed.

Refunding Process:

Refund will be arranged within 3 – 5 days after we receive the refund product.

Once the refund is approved, the purchased price will be refunded to the original payment method you used to purchase the order.

It will take 7 – 12 days for the refund if you have purchased with a credit card.
